The Applied Intelligence Team is a part of the larger S&C AI HR team. It supports end to end recruitment for the AI business i.e. sourcing, scheduling, pipeline movement and offer roll outs .In addition to the same, it also supports recruitment initiatives like Employee Referrals, Alumni, Inclusion & Diversity (Gender & PwD Hiring). The team is also responsible for maintaining metrices like Candidate Experience, Renege Ratio, Target Fulfillment, Cost per Joiner. The team also engages in conducting market mapping exercises to be able to locate and tap the niche skills and best talent in the market.
Job Description:
Global HR Strategic Services, under the umbrella of Global HR Service Delivery, is defining and implementing Accenture’s Global HR Chatbot Strategy. As this new HR Service Area is in formation, a new team will be required to attend all HR Chatbot relevant matters: Content editing, monitoring, chatbot development, scope review, GU integration, cost control, etc. This Senior Manager position is intended to lead all operational aspects of the HR Chatbot Strategy and execute against the program plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction to ensure adherence to global policies and processes
- Help translate a high-level vision or strategy into specific initiatives and activities for implementation
- Orchestrate timely delivery across a complex, global organizational structure
- Manage the critical path, project dependencies, deliverable completion, milestone compliance and cost/budget
- Provide coordination/communication with appropriate leads and their personnel to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments
- Track, measure, report and communicate project costs, performance issues and risks
- Provide feedback and input for improvement of all programs, processes and policies and accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery
- Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the team
- Responsible for collaborating with different parts of the HR organization ensuring all roles are working to solve for Accenture, minimizing 'silo-thinking', scope conflicts and ensuring adherence to the governance model in their respective organizations
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to the scope, performance and cost-to-serve
