Job Description
What you will do as a Supply Chain Management Intern:
- : Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Work on projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and implementation of improvement strategies. Help drive our commitment to operational excellence.
- : Support the integration of digital technologies in our manufacturing processes. Work on projects involving data collection, analysis, and the implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Document findings and present recommendations to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Current sophomore, junior or senior undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree with at least one year remaining in their school program. Candidates must not be graduating prior to September 2025.
- Pursing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as ability to work in teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
