Job Description

This position sits within Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation, which is a part of the broader Global Commercial Services (GCS) organization focused on building & deploying capabilities to support frontline Sales/Account Development colleagues globally. The Pricing & Contracting Governance team is focused on ensuring smooth & compliant operation of end to end pricing to payments process itself required for driving & retaining business of our top Commercial clients.  

How will you make an impact in this role?

Support incoming cases and queries on field facing dashboards, customer insights, SPLENDID, and other products. Clearly document resolution and work to maintain knowledge articles on trending issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Functional Skills/Capabilities: Strong Interpersonal, Communication & Writing Skills Accompanied By Quick Comprehension & Clear Articulation
  • Change Management Ability Demonstrated
  • Ability To Work Effectively Within A Team Environment
  • Ability To Take Independent Decision & Meet Stringent Deadlines
  • Sound Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Sound Decision-Making Ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CSM experience is a must have
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
