- Demonstrates working-level knowledge of, and/or proven record of success with Campus Recruiting.
- Delivers the highest quality candidate experience to ensure PepsiCo is viewed as an Employer of Choice.
- Owns the entire Campus Hiring process consisting of evaluating campuses, recommendation of Campus mix vis a vis hiring roles/skillsets, screening and conducting evaluation to complete the hiring process with a key focus on hiring Quality Talent from premier campuses.
- Supporting all Campus projects effectively and ensure seamless implementation of Campus Programs like Internships, Events and Engagements (Hackathons, Case competitions, Campus Ambassador prog.)
- Plan and execute Branding events on campus such as orientations, open houses, hackathons, presentations, leadership talks and special events.
- Responsible for fostering and driving University relations with top Engineering and B-Schools in India to attract and engage top talent.
- Manage and contribute towards the implementation of the Campus Strategy for across all business units.
- Ensure timely, consistent, open, and effective communications between campus, candidate(s) and hiring team throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide interview team members with appropriate materials to effectively interview and manage candidates at Campuses & while onsite at PepsiCo.
- Ensure timely implementation of candidate feedback process after gaining mutual consensus on candidate selection.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with multiple individuals, including hiring managers, HR partner(s), and TA Operations, Campus POCs.
- Foster partnerships that yield consistent ongoing communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes to build TA function credibility.
- Maintain and publish regular Campus dashboard reports and progress on hiring to internal stakeholders.
- Deliver services and drive operational efficiency at the defined SLAs/KPIs such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS) and system accuracy.
- Identify service delivery and process improvement opportunities in the assigned process.
- Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements.
- Communicate and educate clients on the Campus Hiring policies and processes.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate College Degree or MBA degree is required.
- 2 to 4 Years of relevant Campus Hiring professional experience, which may include Campus Recruiter, TA Coordinator, HR, Recruiting, or prior functional applicable experience, among others.
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Proficient oral and written English communication skills.
