Responsibilities
Key Accountability:
- Effectively partner with Business to anticipate and provide appropriate solutions to deliver desired business results
- Feed local pulse to HRBP and Business Leader
- Ensure policy consistency/compliance
- Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent
- Help line managers solve business problems (turnover, absenteeism, etc )
- Key point of contact for grievance handling for the respective population
- Assist TA to identify local sources of
- The role will also cater to admin related accountabilities catering to the unit
Partner with COE to:
- Execute tools/ programs to drive employee engagement
- Execute communications
- Develop local succession plans
- Play an active role in PepsiCo values/ culture/ engagement work (leveraging COE work for local activation)
- Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies

Qualification:
- Experience in Handling frontline employees is preferred
