The mission of the Talent Supply Chain (TSC) is to mobilize the right talent at the right place, time and cost. TSC COE (Center of Expertise) provides talent supply chain expertise across the vast talent ecosystem for the unique businesses to ensure our client teams have the highly specialized talent they need.
Role’s Key Responsibilities:
Unique collaboration with Discipline Team to understand the directions, objectives of the existing processes but also of understand changes and enhancements coming.
Close collaboration with CIO and HR Solution Architects on technical development to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Requires depth of understanding on the business value and process integration objectives to assess alignment.
Advocate and educate stakeholder group on new service offering including process and technology enablement
Chargeability is an important business performance metric, allowing us to measure progress on delivering commitments to our people, clients and stakeholders. In the TSC COE we are responsible for designing processes and the supporting technology to forecast future talent supply required to support demand and optimize utilization.
Proactively collaborate with the discipline team, solution architects, TSC advisors, demand AI team and the global HR reporting team.
Drive training, enablement, and support for the new and future on-going process including tool usage.
Support access management: Ensuring users for both tools have the right level of access according to their roles
Participate in Talent Planning and MyAccess UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Weigh ideas, solutions, and approaches based on business value potential continuously shaping the future of workforce planning to remain current and relevant as the business changes

Be agile to adjust priorities according to business needs
A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones. The individual must be comfortable working remotely
Ability to create and provide input into executive communications.
Be organized and independent. Communicate status, proactively identify issues and options for resolution
