Job Description
We are looking to hire an Assistant Brand Manager – Surf in a Brand Development role based in Mumbai HO
Here is what your day at Unilever would look like:
- Crafting the right marketing mix for each market (including proposition, product & packaging)
- Leading e-commerce specific innovations.
- Assist the Cross-Functional Project Team in the delivery of projects (Including R&D, SC, Finance, and CMI)
- Assist packaging development for Surf innovations.
- Assist product development and testing for Surf innovations.
- Assist in briefing and creating communication for delivery along with the innovation in each market (working in conjunction with CMI & Creative Agencies)
- Assist 360degree asset creation (TV, Print, POSM & Digital)
- Assist processes for gatekeeping including business cases, investment proposals, and gate documents.
- Market, Category & Brand assessment for each of the markets responsible.
Key Skills & Requirement
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing or marketing services
- Understands customers and shoppers.
- Has experience in the development and launch of consumer and shopper-relevant innovations and relaunches.
- The candidate should display a very high Bias for action, a global mindset, consumer centricity & project management skills.
