What You Will Do
- Will Work in a 24 X 7 Environment.
- Will support the customer over email as well as phone.
- Sound knowledge of Microwave Technology
- Will be responsible for 2nd Line troubleshooting of Microwave system over Ericsson 6xxx Series
- Having sound knowledge on Mini-link 6600 Series
- SO-EM hands on experience
- Software upgrade process for these Mini-link 6600 Series
- QoS parameter knowledge for Mini-link 6600 Series
- Ethernet alarms and parameters with their troubleshooting process
- Raise and update the tickets in tool for all the issues handled / worked upon.
- Will have to report the daily issues handled / escalated in the form of daily shift reports.
- Need to make sure that issues are handled in right time frames as per the SLA / Commitments.
- Good knowledge over SLA/WLA
- Good in preventive activities with available performance report from Microwave NMS
- Good in customer handling and RCA identification

Key Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
