What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager, you will lead a team of curious and engaged individuals to enable Volvo Cars to collect payments for Online & direct sales globally by offering innovative, flexible, and sustainable solutions to meet the diverse needs of customers worldwide.

The Payments team is a part of our Commercial Cluster in the Digital Finance area, responsible for enabling a bright future for Volvo Cars through digital innovation within the finance area.

Our mission is to offer customers an incredible experience when it comes to paying for their Volvo Services, one time or on a recurring basis. As one of our new Product Managers you will guide one of our product teams enable local payment options available to use, trigger payment captures from backstage, offer good customer payment experience and handle transaction information with automation whenever possible.

  • Building and owning a business-critical product with a potential reach of customers across 70 markets worldwide.
  • Setting an inspiring vision, strategy and KPI’s within your Product team.
  • Working closely with the Markets and Commercial stakeholders to define a roadmap to address their business needs.
  • Using qualitative and quantitative insights and validating hypotheses with business stakeholders.
  • Deliver meaningful business outcomes, and positively influence the strategic direction of the Product team and the group and company overall.

What You ‘ll Bring

  • We believe that you have experience of building regulated Banking and Payments products across many markets.
  • You have the ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making.
  • You understand how your current work helps to drive toward the goals of both your Product team and your Group.
  • You love to lead, develop, inspire, and grow a product team, and have previous experience doing so; you are probably a Product manager today and you know what it takes to build a phenomenal Product team.
