Over The Next 12-18 Months, You'll Spearhead Building And Development Of a Cutting-edge Innovation Strategy And Program (2024-2028) For Fabric Cleaning South Asia By Focusing On The Below
- Work with respective Brand Leads to build an Innovation Program (Portfolio / Brand Innovation Activity plan) that reflects the Innovation Strategy.
- Make committed choices on which innovation opportunities to pursue; supported by rich insights (consumer needs, trends, disruptions, value pools) and distinctive capabilities.
- Translation of strategy into a balanced portfolio of initiatives that can plausibly deliver the opportunities and targets.
- Determine and set ambitious, quantified targets in line with the Growth Model of Homecare South Asia
- Manage the budget for innovation and brand development initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and lead a dynamic team to build the innovation program in line with innovation strategy.
Your role involves not only shaping the strategic vision but also coordinating seamless integration across R&D, Marketing, CMI, and Supply Chain Leaders.
What You Will Need To Succeed
- Prior experience required in a senior-level role focused on innovation and brand development.
- Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable plans.
