Job Description

As Product Manager, you’ll join the team responsible for the strategic vision, roadmap and execution of Adobe Advertising Cloud. You’ll work closely with our global customers, design, engineering, sales, marketing and consulting teams, to understand market/customer needs, and turn that knowledge into innovative and easy to-use products and features. Our product managers are the professionals in their fields. You'll speak at conferences, train our broader teams, and visit our customers around the world to understand what they do and how we can help them do it better.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer problems
  • Define and advocate for a product roadmap
  • Drive day-to-day product management, including cross-functional coordination with our Design, Program Management, and Engineering team to see new features through from concept, to delivery, to production
  • Build compelling cases, user stories and product requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Adobe to realize this vision by working hand-in-hand with sales and marketing
  • Supervise and analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance
  • Work with early adopters and power users to find opportunities for quick iterations and continuous improvements
  • Demonstrate customer empathy every day

Skills Required For This Specific Role

Understanding of the Programmatic Advertising ecosystem

3+ years working in ad tech. Understanding of the different technological solutions in the programmatic Ad landscape. Demonstrate throught-leadership and ability to collaborate with industry standards groups like IAB to drive futures standards for Programmatic advertising.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Strong customer empathy and the capability to work closely with global customers to understand their challenges, needs, and expectations, translating these insights into innovative and user-friendly product features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Excellent collaboration skills to work optimally with diverse teams, including design, engineering, techOps, business development, Inventory partners, ensuring uncompromised stability of the platform’s core operations and health of all partner integrations.

Platform Integration Expertise:

Proven experience in leading and executing partner integrations within a technology platform.In-depth understanding of API integrations, data exchange protocols, and interoperability across diverse systems.

Strategy, Prioritization and Roadmap management

Ability to prioritize integrations by assessing the value they unlock for customers and efforts they require for implementation and maintenance.
