We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Access Management aims to increase efficiencies in customer workflows to manage their accounts, users and their permissions by increasing automation and offering enterprise grade features across the complete portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, defining the product vision to launch an ongoing optimisation. You will also represent the customer and the catalyst for driving innovation and growth.

We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and pain points, analyze competitor offerings, and develop an understanding of the market landscape.
  • Define the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with the area's overall business objectives. Prioritise features and functionalities based on user's needs and business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, business) to define product requirements, user stories, and user flows. Ensure a user-centric approach to product development.
  • Monitor key product metrics and gather user feedback to analyse product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Own the product after launch, providing ongoing support and maintenance. Gather user feedback and iterate on the product to ensure continued success.
