Job Description

You will be part of Unilever In-Market’s Digital Marketing Technology team to drive the Consumer and Marketing technology Agenda for India’s largest brands.

EXPECTED WORK

  • The Job role will include-
  • Business Partnering with Brand Leaders (Brand Managers, Content/Performance/Marketing/SEO Agencies) and Technical Teams to drive Brand’s Digital Agenda.
  • Lead the innovation funnel across DTC and Omni-channel consumer touchpoints to drive retention and growth.
  • Partner with 3P Innovation labs and agencies to find new capabilities and use-cases for the brand.
  • Utilize consumer tracking and analytics tools, especially Google Analytics, to gather insights and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Lead Analytics, Insights and reporting modules across platforms aligning to daily and weekly cadence.
  • Change management to drive product and analytics usage.
  • Leverage expertise in D2C platforms such as Magento and Shopify to enhance conversion, engagement, and retention metrices.
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges effectively to all relevant parties.
  • Ensure alignment of objectives and expectations across all stakeholder groups.

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • MBA or master’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 experience in product and technology management, preferably in the FMCG/Ecom/Retail technology company.
  • Experience in working at retail or ecom organizations which have advanced retention and loyalty capabilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools such as Moengage and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in designing consumer journey across multiple consumer touch points in both online and offline space.
  • Experience with products to enable and optimize Digital Commerce, Chatbot, Consumer funnel, CRM, Beauty-tech, AR/VR, Influencer/Social/Content Commerce, warehouse management and last mile are preferred.
  • Skills like Technical architecture design, API Integrations, Analytics is preferred.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in the D2C beauty and personal care space.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations based on market research.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
