Job Description

You will be working as Sales Manager - Service Agreements and Digital and will be part of Motion business area for Services division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Marketing & Sales Manager and will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching the sales organization proactively, to exceed the agreement sales targets through high performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Building professional and trustful long-term relationships with the regional customer base, such as end users, channel partners and OEMs.

Your responsibilities

  • Implementing and executing the regional strategic growth initiatives in the allocated countries in the region
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for service agreements and digital in line with division objectives
  • Strategizing, prioritizing and implementing sales initiatives and activities at the cluster level to meet and exceed agreed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the care agreements and digital business
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the diverse market segments in the region
  • Preparing and presenting detailed forecasts, reports and performance metrics to the regional management team
  • Serving as the primary point of contact and expert resource for any inquiries or concerns related to agreement sales
  • Contributing to the development of the agreements as well as Digital Service Portfolio Strategy and implementing the related product development roadmap considering market, commercial and technical aspects

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in related field
  • Understanding of motors and variable frequency drives
  • Should have knowledge of Industry 4.0, IIOT
  • Capability to drive and generate new service or business models
  • Knowledge about data analysis, MS Office, SFDC
