Job Description
Carlsberg Export & License has an innovative growth strategy in MEA region (KSA+) and is looking for an experienced and creative personality with proven marketing skills and business understanding. You will be an integral member of the MEA team working across a range of projects from brand management to trade marketing to furthering business development projects. Furtherly, you will be supporting the profitability and volume growth of the KSA+ business with our existing portfolio Moussy & Holsten and also working on portfolio expansion. You will be based in Dubai and report to our AFB Marketing Manager
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be part of the business updates and reviews to further enable your understanding of the local market and partner interaction with both our production and distribution partners. Finally, you will also use your network back in Copenhagen towards greater efficiency in getting projects to completion.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
Brand Management:
- Oversee creative agencies to develop communication plans and brand campaigns.
- Implementing the brand plan with monitoring KPIs – both input and output and prepare business review discussions
- Handle a value management agenda and optimizing of price and promotion strategy for KSA+
- Identify consumers needs and work with R&D to design the right product proposition
Trade Marketing
- Develop a clear channel strategy along with the Marketing Manager complementing the brand plan
- Prioritize all initiatives to determine the most impact vs the ease of implementation
Daily Responsibilities
- Project Management – engage different stakeholders across KSA+, Dubai and Denmark
- Monitor brand performance on key brand metrics, sales, market share, and monitoring market trends, competitor activities, etc.
- Analytics oriented decision-making
- Maintain ties with CPH marketing and Group Commercial for tools that can be executed

Competencies
- Experience within brand/marketing management in an international FMCG company
- Specific interest and experience with brand development for not less than 3-5 years
- Ability to think strategic as well as tactical and advance strategy to execution.
- Sound commercial understanding
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to analyse complex data and draw actionable conclusions
Educational/minimum reguirements
- Education: Graduate Degree within Sales, Marketing or Business Management
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic
- Experience: 3-5 years within FMCG business and relevant marketing experience
