We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1 - 3 years in a customer service or technical service role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Empathy: A genuine passion for helping people and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with complete night shifts and a 24/7 work environment.
- Commitment: This is a full-time, Work from Office role.
- Education: Any graduate degree.
Preferred: Basic understanding or any customer support certification
