This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries division in India. Main stakeholders include key customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and internal sales team.You will be mainly accountable for:• Developing and executing a structured sales strategy to achieve business objectives, including revenue, profitability, and market share growth.• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers, consultants, and EPC contractors.• Monitoring market trends, gathering competitive intelligence, and adjusting sales strategies to maintain ABB’s leadership position.• Driving sales negotiations and contract management to ensure a balance between customer satisfaction and business profitability.• Leading and mentoring the sales team to foster high performance, professional development, and accountability.• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, customer satisfaction, and compliance with ABB’s standards.
