Mission Statement
To grow the business @ Vadodara location and bring a business Drive products Division through Channel Partners/ OEMs / System Integrators/EUs
Work model: on site
This role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Vadodara , India
Main Accountabilities:
Budget, Planning and Execution
Achieve the sales target of completely new business for Drive Products division. To Primarily focus on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market.
Market Development
Do inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition. Work closely with the CP/OEM/SI’s and share success stories. Sell with proper product positioning.
Ownership
Full commitment to meet the budget numbers. Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed.
Interact regularly with CP/OEM/SI’s sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment.
MIS
Regularly give update on business done product line wise and market wise. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders.
Projects & key account management
Systematically track the key projects and Customer activity. Develop a business plan for large CP/OEM/SI’s and take responsibility
Qualifications For The Role
Qualification: BE/ BTech >8 years <15 Years’ experience
