As a Manager of the marketing engagement team, you will:
• Lead a team of professionals supporting the marketing programmes across NSE member firms by collaborating and coordinating with various NSE-wide stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Member firm requirements are clearly defined and understood.
• Establishing clear, realistic timelines for goals synchronising with stakeholders' expectations.
• Prepare monthly utilisation reports for each sub-team and regularly update operational controls.
• Conduct Coaching sessions for team members to guide professionals' career development.
• Develop project plans, hold key stakeholders accountable to project dates and timelines, and identify and resolve team conflicts.
• Collaborate with member firm leads to define success metrics. Ensure that project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
• Maintains a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities of Marketo and is a Subject Matter Expert for Marketing Automation.
• As part of the NSE Marketo governing council, participate in all Marketo-related changes, which span various points such as integration with Jupiter, Marketo database management, and best practice implementation.
• Perform Risk Assessment for all work activities and design mitigation strategies for risks.
• Helped design, manage, and execute ad hoc requests by following the best project and time management practices while adhering to quality guidelines.
• Should articulate ideas, plans, and feedback. Communicate the overall Goal status, risks, and issues to higher management.
• Manage CRM report & and dashboard quality by checking reporting parameters. Providing email performance and people performance reports for various emailing activities using Marketo.
• Should provide forward-looking insights through both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Own and manage ad-hoc projects that may include CRM account/campaign reporting and creating dashboards.
• Present crisp and actionable recommendations for Growth leadership with an acute focus on success for Deloitte’s clients and businesses.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices to support business growth.
• Drive consultative discussions to engage stakeholders to gauge their current and future needs. Suggest alternatives and design customized solutions to meet the unique needs of stakeholders.
• Leading initiatives in the team to drive continuous improvement of processes and services and to develop a culture of innovation in the team.
Preferred:
• Experience of 6+ years in team management.
• Exceptional knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Sound knowledge of Marketo.
• Direct experience with data Visualization tools, such as Power BI, is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, troubleshooting & strong interpersonal and communication skills.
