Responsibilities
> Oversee the content and website library ensuring compliance and timely renewals
> Partner with multiple business teams to provide website and SEO performance data to help determine if our digital assets should be renewed or deactivated.
> Traffic digital content assets through review, approval and publishing processes, utilizing the firm's workflow tools, staying on top of next steps and deadlines.
> Maintain trackers to merge data between systems and ensure transparency to all partner teams
> Handle administrative tasks that are part of the work, such as opening tickets in workflow tools.
> 2-5 years of marketing or operations experience
> Strong comfort working in excel and other digital software. Adobe Experience Manager/Workfront a plus
> Highly collaborative and able to work well with colleagues across a diverse range of working groups.
> Resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable with new technologies and concepts.
> Results-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; high attention to accuracy and detail/organization.
