Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-


  • Develop and implement media strategies to align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Design integrated media plans that leverage both traditional and digital platforms.
  • Cooridnation with multiple stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns
  • Manage media buying and negotiate contracts with media vendors and agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and op timize for ROI.
  • Track and measure the performance of media campaigns.
  • Generate insights from data to improve future media strategies.
  • Present campaign performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder management incuding but not limited to Agency partners, creative, growth, finance, etc teams
  • Allocate and track media budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
  • Stay updated on media trends, emerging platforms, and audience behavior.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Comscore, Nielsen, Yumi, Similarweb, programmatic, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
