This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Service division at Nashik, India.You will be mainly accountable for:• Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.• Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.• Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed• Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Qualifications for the role

  • You are immersed in service sales function in switchgear industry
  • You have 10 to 15 years of experience in Service Sales / Service Marketing, Lifecycle Management, Care and Modernization of Low Voltage Switchgear Products
  • You have hands on experience in market strategy, technical solutions, costing to techno-commercial offer, risk reviews and order intake profitability
  • Degree in Electrical engineering
  • You are at ease communicating in English
