Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Sales specialist, local vendors & suppliers with their data requirements.
  • Analyze contractual & technical documentation consistency, generate local and global Workflows as required .
  • Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations.
  • Ensure the customer requirements are respected during the ITR project cycle.
  • Identify and manage quality risks, contractual and normative as per local agreements with the customers.
  • Must strive to meet all Customer request dates, reduce processing cycles.
  • Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • Co-ordinate customer supervision and inspections from mandated organisms.
  • Ensure all internal parties correctly follow up the quality process.
  • Train further team members to ensure full adherence to customer requirements
  • Follow up on needed actions from internal parties to finalize the customer requirements as per deadline
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies



Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supply chain management domain and/or customer service role.
  • Good MS Office ( excel,powerpoint,word )skills.
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
  • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
  • Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
  • Strong attention to detail.
