We are now looking for a Engagement Manager - Services Sales, will be accountable for Service Sales engagement manager role would responsible for driving services sales engagements spanning into Telecommunications services domains of Network rollout, Network Optimization and Network support services.
You would need to be expert in Network rollout & project management including project scoping, estimation, planning, finalization of scope including resource dimensioning. Network optimization and support services knowledge will be an added advantage.
To be successful in this role you should be:
• Interpreting customer requirements Via RFPS, addressing customer needs through right scoping of services solutions and Proactive business offers.
• Capable to work in Multiculture teams
• Identifying new areas of sales and leading the programs to implement best practice to secure services business growth
• Working hand in hand with Account Managers and commercial management team (at various stages of deal) in securing deals
• Business development and suggesting Best Alternatives to customer requirements
• Suggesting futuristic solutions which keep customers competitive in their markets
• Performing a key role during services contract renewals and ensuring winning strategies
• Generating Add on sales to boost revenues
