• Strong understanding of building systems such as Building Management System, Fire Safety, Security & Surveillance and associated systems. Knowledge of common HVAC and electrical building codes, IoT, Cloud offering & Industry 4.0 will be an added advantage.
• To plan and achieve service sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction Lead generation, identification, and understanding of customer requirements, identification of Retrofit and expansion opportunities.
• Monthly forecast Preparation & maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in order to meet or exceed annual sales objectives.
• To generate new leads and responsible for delivered profit margin of the relevant projects.
• Building and maintaining internal relationships within sales, operations and service functional areas as well as coordinating with numerous internal contacts in all regions to ensure successful pre and post-sales support of our customer’s needs.
• Contacts of end users, consultants, PMC, architects, and turnkey contractors in the Building Construction & MEP industry are desirable.
• Prepare a Negotiation Strategy anticipating based on the needs of the customer.
• Creating a strong opportunity for the Retrofit/Modernization and maintenance
contracts in IBMS.
• Develop & maintain relationships with potential customer accounts, consultants, architects, turnkey HVAC solution providers, and Project management & facility.
• Negotiating orders to maximize revenue following pre-defined targets.
• Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handle all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and promptly to ensure.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings and methodologies.
• Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers and influencers through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events.
• Develop retrofit Service Business strategies. Generate new leads, identify and qualify opportunities to UpSell / Cross Sell and generate additional Pull through Business.
• In case of customer specific development needs, collaborate with the technical team to define prototypes and proof of concepts.
• Provide accurate and current view of account penetration, sales performance and customer satisfaction including health of the funnel/pipeline. Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources.
