Job Description:

JPLoft Solutions is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor responsible for creating and editing visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the technical skills to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Development: Develop creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects, including logos, branding materials, social media graphics, website elements, etc.
• Graphic Design: Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit designs.
• Research and Trends: Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis.
• Design Refinement: Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic while receiving and incorporating feedback from team members to refine and improve designs.
• Video Editing: Edit and manipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other social media channels.
• Storytelling: Understand the narrative and objectives of the video content and develop a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques.
• Audio Editing: Edit and mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality audio for video projects.
• Collaboration: Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
• Content Creation: Handle the camera on some occasions and capture footage as required for the video content.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and ensure content creation according to the latest market trends.
• Team Contribution: Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
