Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for CSP WW Sales, with a focus on driving awareness of our AI Portfolio and Liquid Cooling Solutions.
- Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including newsletters, podcasts, and social media content, to promote products and establish thought leadership.
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators and creative vendors to develop compelling marketing materials and digital content that align with Lenovo's brand voice and product messaging.
- Ensure all marketing collateral created is approved by Brand Compliance
- Coordinate with the web development team to ensure timely updates and strategic enhancements to the CSP webpage.
- Ensure CSP Logo is properly leveraged to amplify unique brand within Lenovo and with our Partners.
- Assist Chief of Staff with marketing aspect of industry and internal events, ensuring CSP is always presented in a professional fashion.
- Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF), creating and tracking various marketing activities while ensuring compliance with alliance partner guidelines. Liaise with key stakeholders to gather Proof of Execution (POE) for approved plans and submit them to alliance partner portals or tracking processes within claim deadlines.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to manage budget reconciliation, invoicing, and contract-related follow-ups.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather product and services updates to ensure marketing collateral is up to date.
- Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, using these insights to inform innovative marketing approaches. Align with Market Intelligence team to get feedback integrating this information into marketing strategies.
- Work with WW Lenovo Marketing, CSP chief of staff and EA to develop and maintain a strategic marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with product launches, industry events, and business objectives.
- Assist Chief of Staff with communications, specifically with:
- Public Communications, such as OCP Executive Session
- Internal Communications, such as Monthly or Quarterly Newsletter
- Consider new cutting-edge ways to market CSP and reach our audience outside of what we’re already doing. This should encompass new industry events, speaking opportunities for our VP of CSP Sales, and digital media approaches.
- Routinely speak with partners and Lenovo sellers/sales leadership to understand what they need to be successful, such as clean 1-pagers or slides on Liquid Cooling Value Proposition.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in CSP or relevant field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience working with Tier 1 Cloud Service Providers (CSP)
