Job Description
As a Marketing Manager for S&P Global Ratings, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the global go-to-market plan for relevant personas within your assigned sectors. Reporting to the Head of Global Event Marketing & Marketing, Americas, you will be responsible for both specifically assigned sectors in the Americas, with occasional global specific campaigns, partnering with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and build integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness and demand for S&P Global Ratings content and products.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years in a marketing or communications role or similar experience with B2B financial services or capital markets experience. Experience with marketing automation (Pardot preferred, Marketo or Eloqua acceptable), and CRM tools (Salesforce). Website management (creating and managing webpages, uploading content). Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to utilize market research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the customer experience. Experience with digital and offline media. Experience developing initiatives that move the needle on key perception metrics. Strong ability to manage ambiguity, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking. Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
