Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Researches, writes and develops supporting marketing materials and presents recommendations to Marketing Manager or internal committee.
- Provides support with strategic marketing efforts to gain new subscribers and maintain current subscriber base for both residential Comcast services.
- Analyze reporting and results, provide insights, and draw conclusions about performance to recommend improvements to marketing strategies, media campaigns and local events and tactics.
- Gather local competitive intelligence, assess competitive position in market, determine gaps and develop response plans, opportunities to address and educational resources and tools for the sales teams.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT, Tableau
- Collaborate with sales leadership teams to translate business needs into strategic and tactical approaches by providing insight, knowledge, and understanding of markets, customers, products, and competitors.
- Reviews literature pertaining to the current marketing project and previous marketing materials used in the assignment area.
- Acts as a point of contact for questions on department communications materials.
- Provides leadership and oversight to lower-level Marketing Specialists.
- Gathers materials of competitive companies in the field.
- Assists in translating business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.
- Helps to create reporting to measure success of Marketing programs.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
