The Opportunity

As the Group Marketing Executive, you will support the Group Marketing Director and Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in implementing the Landmark Information Group marketing plans across key audiences in the property sector. You will support the delivery of integrated marketing plans to drive key business metrics including brand awareness (Share of Voice), sales growth (MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities) and customer retention (Share of Wallet).

This is a collaborative role, working across teams and departments to maintain consistent brand messaging, narrative, and positioning, to represent Landmark Information Group in the best possible way in market.

Role will include:

  • Building and managing the company’s social media profiles to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads, and exploring new ways to reach our target buyers via social networks.
  • Support in maintaining the brand website and intranet to highlight latest campaigns.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and planning potential improvements or changes in engagement or messaging.
  • Contributing to a content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.), co-ordinate briefs and deliverables with external agencies and partners.
  • Implementing promotional and lead generation campaigns with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive brand awareness and deliver qualified leads converting to sales.
  • Segmenting contact data to optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing process, analysing email performance, and recommending actions for improving/maintaining engagement.
  • Managing and building various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content.
  • Working alongside other marketers and content producers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience.
  • Managing and running events for group brands.
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on key metrics in monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Supporting management of marketing budgets and billing/invoicing.

About You

You will be confident, creative, tenacious, and highly organised with a can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have/be:

  • Good working knowledge of all core marketing areas, including content marketing, copywriting, multi-media, digital, social media and direct marketing, and promotional marketing.
  • Experience in inbound marketing and marketing automation (preferably HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical, project management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Degree in Marketing preferred.
  • Relevant Marketing qualifications (CIM or IDM) would be an advantage.
