Role: Guidewire ClaimCenter Functional Analyst Technical / Functional Skills 2+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter projects in a team of Guidewire Functional Analysts Location: Pan India Roles & Responsibilities Ability to drive the discussions with TCS and Business team members on Guidewire product capabilities and derive EPICs / User Stories Articulates what is “out of the box” when it comes to Guidewire Analyze existing processes and system configurations to identify repeated patterns and recommend improvements that provide measurable impacts Explains Guidewire process flows and can drive down to Level 2 and Level 3 process flows for the customer Excellent understanding of Claims and related process and integrations Understands how user story cards are used and able to assess existing cards for completeness Experience with standard analysis and documentation techniques (use cases, story cards, business rules, process diagrams etc.) Strong ability to balance competing needs and priorities, and to stay focused on the priorities of the overall business Ability to analyze and understand requirement specifications for functionality, performance, workflow and programming needs Provide inputs to Test, resolve issues, compile & maintain detail documentation for issues, solutions and results. Working exposure to Agile project management, particularly systems implementations and recurring enhancements that impact processes and require change management activities Proven track record of effectively implementing changes to processes and systems Highly developed verbal, written and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills with an ability to explain and distill complex ideas in a simple and meaningful way Ability to master new systems and complex processes with ease Partner / Liaise with Customer Business Teams to assess the business needs and communicate changes effectively with Development Team Plan and organize meetings and presentations as needed to engage and inform stakeholders. Document process needs and system changes for the purpose of educating Business Partners, and for end-user training
