Job Description

You will collaborate closely with the wider regional and global sales and marketing teams. Your role will involve facilitating the go-to-market strategy for our Global Business Lines (GBLs) - namely, Wipro FullStride Cloud, Wipro Enterprise Futuring, Wipro Engineering Edge, and Wipro Consulting across relevant industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in adapting global and regional campaigns for the Swiss markets, ensuring appropriate cultural sensitivity and local impact.
  • Project Execution: Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor communication for marketing projects assigned by the Head of Marketing.
  • Marketing Materials: Coordinate creation and translation of marketing materials such as presentations, web content, and social media posts. Utilise various media and content channels to create compelling narratives that effectively convey Wipro’s message, considering local market scenarios and competitive landscape.
  • Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, and web updates.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with end-to-end event management , both in-person for client events that happen in India and virtually, providing support remotely from Bangalore for Swiss f2f or virtual events in close collaboration with supporting agencies
  • Data and Market Research: Conduct market research for Switzerland, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Track, measure, and analyse performance of marketing activities, reporting results to leadership.
  • Partner Marketing: Engage with key Wipro partners such as Microsoft, AWS or Google to manage marketing projects that span Wipro and supporting partners. Establish relationships with alliance partners to identify and drive joint marketing activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing, including scheduling, report preparation, and general logistics.
  • Deal Support: Execute account-based marketing programs and relevant deal support initiatives to bolster regional growth objectives for specific clients.
  • Lead Management Support: Assist with incoming leads to upload, to transfer & follow up with sales.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate matrix organisations, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, negotiation, creativity, and team-orientation. Detail-oriented and outcome-focused.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and software platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and other marketing technology platforms.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with B2B marketing in a technology setting.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss business landscapes.
  • Established relationships in the Swiss market that can be leveraged in this role – with event agencies, media & PR agencies, exclusive content agencies, and industry membership bodies.
