Job Description

  • Analyzes website traffic metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

  • Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior management on the effectiveness of various campaigns and initiatives.

  • Supports marketing operations and other teams as needed through the creation of landing pages, original design elements, and navigation.

  • Maintains a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing best practices. 

What Are We Looking For in This Role? 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: No specific field

  • Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree 

  • Typically Minimum 6 Years Relevant Exp 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prefer marketing service or marketing agency experience. 

  • Prefer Pardot, sales force and email automation experience. 

  • Prefer payments industry experience. 

What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities? 

  • 6+ years digital marketing experience.

  • Creative, curious thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems

  • Innovative and stays current with digital marketing trends and technologies.

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, UX practices, website testing, buyers journeys and best practices for engaging visitors, personalization, and content marketing best practices.

  • Cognizant of web design, emerging technologies, and UI frameworks, and have the ability to identify the advantages/disadvantages of approaches, and make recommendations.

  • Must have experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, VWO and other relevant tools, be able to lead the implementation, management, and customization of these platforms.

  • Ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.

  • Significant experience with website content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML.

  • Experience leading cross functional teams to achieve growth objectives.

  • Ability to accurately estimate future and remaining work effort, and meet deadlines.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
