Job Description
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, fostering open communication by providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prioritize collaboration, risk mitigation, and ensure all stakeholders receive the same level of service.
Strategy and Planning:
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Allocate projects to project managers based on their expertise and existing workload.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing projects using data-driven tools.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.
Technology and Tool Utilization:
- Utilize tools to optimize projects, including predictive analytics, personalization, and automation.
- Identify and implement AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of AI trends and innovations to continuously improve marketing processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management preferably in an Advertising or Content Agency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
