Rakuten Advertising is the marketing and advertising arm of Rakuten, focused on helping the world’s leading brands find new customers and maximise the returns from their advertising budgets.
We are now looking for an Intern based in London to support accounts, led by Account Managers and Senior Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages communications with internal and external stakeholders (phone & email) acting as liaison between clients and account team.
Administers operations for client programs in support of client satisfaction and revenue goals.
Audits creative and placements as mandated by account team/client, updating client promotions and creative as needed.
Reviews partnered affiliate websites to identify optimization opportunities for clients.
Supports client and partner outreach to develop new business opportunities.
