- 6+ years of successful progressive experience with at least 5 years in the Service Management low code/no code space and a strong skillset in product marketing and/or solutions marketing
- Knowledge and interest in the domain of Generative AI as it applies to Service Management in presenting and creating marketing collateral including case studies, webinars, and podcasts
- Outstanding analytical ability with very strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to analyze data while identifying next steps to address any gaps or weaknesses.
- Must demonstrate strong curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices that apply to BMC’s target market
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to execute on a detailed level with a passion for success
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Professional team player with strong leadership, communications, and interpersonal skills
- BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred
