Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the IT and services industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience in developing content for webpages, marketing collaterals, email copies, and social media posts.
  • Experience in demand-generation and lead-generation programs.
  • Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and editorial skills.
  • Experience with executing virtual and in-person events..
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, hands-on experience in developing content, be self-motivated, possess proficient project management skills, and have a high energy level..

This person will work closely with business stakeholders in developing positioning, messaging & marketing content and will also collaborate closely with the wider regional and global sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, and web updates and analyse social media, website, and campaign data to clearly articulate impact and ROI.
  • Event Coordination: Proactively manage events to ensure consistent and proper Wipro representation and branding, working with the business to target leads and track lead follow-up. Management of events will include pre, during, and post-event activities and reporting.
  • Data and Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Marketing lead, including report preparation and general logistics. Track, measure, and analyse the performance of marketing activities.
  • Lead Management Support: Assist with incoming leads to upload, transfer, and follow up with required stakeholders.


  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing global and regional campaigns that reinforce Wipro FullStride Cloud by elevating brand perception, driving demand across target customers, recruits, employees, media, ecosystem partners, analysts, and more.
  • Project Execution: Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor communication for marketing projects.
  • Marketing Materials: Work with subject matter experts in the business to develop thought leadership, case studies, videos, solution collaterals, press releases, internal communications, and other types of content that support planned campaigns as well as ongoing needs.
