Job Description
This role focuses on performing signing reviews and establishing governance across International commercial business. The candidate would be using in house data sources/ROE and provide insightful & analytical recommendations to support international business in achieving legitimate Volumes whilst ensuring effective process in place to eliminate errors and identifying training needs for field colleagues. The candidate will be required to lead a small team and provide best-in-class analytics to facilitate well-informed and effective decision making. Beyond the primary role this position requires the ability to drive strategic thought leadership on a wide range of business priorities to deliver impactful insights, identify and promote global consistency & synergies where necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
Thought leader with experience in influencing partners and stakeholders.
- Past Experience
- 3 to 6 years of work experience in audits, reporting, analytics & Automation.
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, Cornerstone, Python & Tableau.
- Prior experience in Audits will be a plus point
- Academic Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
- Functional Skills/Capabilities:
- An Audit Mindset who is Focused executor who can set and meet realistic deadlines
- Excellent communicator with the ability to understand the audience needs
- Resourceful self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and engage in structured thinking in order to derive meaningful and data-driven insights
- Positive attitude, a proactive mindset, and comfortable with both agility and working through ambiguity
- Ability to bring out data insights, consultative mindset and report/dashboard development using large volumes of granular data to deliver analytical solutions.
- Technical Skills/Capabilities:
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of software’s like Python/Tableau will be a plus point.
- Ability to handle large and complex datasets.
- Experience with machine learning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Quantitative and Qualitative research methods and how they complement each other.
Responsibilities
Performing Reviews & Enabling Governance on the Signings submitted by international field teams. Delivering data-driven insights using statistical analytics techniques to stakeholders and uncover trends and underlying drivers of growth and profitability to inform business strategy. Partnering with regional teams to drive innovation, best practices and global synergies Strong business and financial acumen, with solid quantitative skills and creativity in developing insightful analytics. Create customer clusters through sophisticated segmentation and deploy customized solutions / product recommendations. Modeling experience will be a key requisite. Help business in achieving legitimate Volume whilst ensuring effective process in place to eliminate malpractice / errors and identifying training needs for sales team. Effectively manage stakeholders and improvise documentations like; Standard Operating Procedure, Process flows etc. Driving process improvements through automation to reduce cycle time, increase accuracy and improve transparency. Create solutions to complex technical challenges across various platforms, systems of record, and teams, to deliver scalable and innovative capabilities. People Leader - Manages a small team and develop standard offerings to present and communicate monthly/periodic past performance and insights to multiple levels of stakeholder in an effective manner
