- Technical Management .
- Act as an advisor to assigned Top/Strategic Account’s customers for solution implementation projects, with knowledge across a broad spectrum of core of DISW solution-sets, products, implementation, and technologies.
- Communicate proactively with customer on the latest product’s releases, specific fix-patch releases, technologies, solutions-set!
- Support services to mitigate risks on the upgradability, maintainability, supportability, and scalability.
- Guide Account /Sales Orchestrator and Renewal managers with information based on interaction with customer.
- Build relationships at a technical level!
- Customer Initiatives Development
- Identify new initiatives, understand customer difficulties with “technical” account insights to help position new requirements.
- Help, assist, and advice PADS and Pre sales to convert these new initiatives from defining specific SISW solution’s roadmap to implementation projects.
- Ensure customer’s SW+ME&S accounts are right-sized, aligned with product support lifecycle, and is linked to the sale’s SW and ME&S projected revenue targets.
- Issue Management, handle common to complex assigned customer account’s technical issue to resolution and Manage issue escalation, Readiness Management
- Recommend enablement courses to customers on Siemens’ core technology for current and pre-released products, solution-sets, technologies, and services, integration.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Demonstrate sophisticated knowledge of PLM, preferably Teamcenter with Foundation level, Bill of Materials, Supplier Collaboration, FMEA.
- Basic Configuration and knowledge of customization in PLM
- Knowledge of other DISW products in addition to PLM will be beneficial.
- Additional knowledge in Java, C/C++, RDBMS, SOA, Operations, IT Infrastructure & Security would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, experience in communications with decision makers & executives
Education and Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional Information Technology experience in particular, where 3+ years in the capacity of technical customer management or equivalent. If person has started with PLM or TC, then experience of 5years and more can also be considered.
- Successful implementation of enterprise-level PLM would be added a value
- 3+ years industry experience with PLM solutions in A&D or Automotive or similar
- University degree – preferably advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
