Skill Set :

  1. Strong customer handling and serving skills.
  2. Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer.
  3. Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
  4. Should be flexible to WFO (Work from Office).
  5. Should be excellent in English communication skills.
  6. Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts).
  7. Should be an immediate joiner (Candidates with notice period are requested not to apply)
  8. Working days- 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.

Job description :

  1. Connect applicants through outbound calls to coordinate on their applications.
  2. Answer inbound calls from the applicants about general concerns / issues related to application.
  3. validate accurate information from the applicants (i.e., phone number, email, proper spelling of applicant names).
  4. Guide the applicant to submit all required missing documents to complete the underwriting process of their application.
