Job Description

Head of High Value Commerce Customer Success Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a team of 5+ customer success managers
  • Lead the team responsible for supporting largest advertisers in adopting + using Shops Ads and other monetized commerce products
  • Define and protect team priorities in order to enable team to focus
  • Develop deep internal strategic partnerships with key cross-functional stakeholders (product marketing, GBG In Market sales teams, SSO, Product)
  • Build and optimize operational processes to ensure team efficiency and expand coverage
  • Channel market feedback of the GBG InM segment to Meta’s Shops Ads and MFT Product + Product Marketing teams

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, sales, or marketing
  • Proven analytical skills to help with making data driven prioritization
  • Track record of enrolling diverse cross functional teams towards common goals
  • Experience building scalable programs and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Meta's advertising and commerce products
  • Deep industry experience in eCommerce or Digital advertising
  • Experience managing account-facing teams to achieving business/sales metrics
