- We are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced influencer marketing mind to develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Responsible for the ideation, execution, and measurement of digital creatives and content targeting customers at various stages in the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, deployment, and measurement of influencer marketing across the 3 brands of hair care
- Responsible for creating content for brands for ON and OFF platform requirements (ON platform being Ecom and DTC, OFF platform being performance)
- Constant involvement with agencies for content creation for SEO & managing social media handles for the brands and creating and managing content for IG and FB social handles.
- Exploring other content verticals, arriving at digital best practices for deploying content online.
- Help brands execute campaigns efficiently, right from the briefing to the reporting stage.
- Make sure HUL has the best costs in the industry for the influencers we work with.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Create a roster of influencers for HUL and engage them for long-term projects.
- Understand the right metrics for campaign evaluation with some understanding of Media.
- Keep a close track of competitors and their strategies, target audience, and users.
- Produce & optimize the content on Cleanipedia, to drive SEO & business goals.
- Drive always on A/B testing & experimentation on creatives to maximize CTR & conversions.
- Work with the creative team to ensure optimized design, copy, and calls to action.
- Develop clear global and regional KPIs and implement quantitative analytics to track the success of all campaigns.
- Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
- Set the right KPIs for each campaign and work with the in-house consumer marketing insights team to measure success.
- Stay updated on new algorithms and platforms and help the brand understand the impact of these on their campaigns.
- Understand regional markets and select influencers and platforms that can help brands reach their audiences.
Role Specific Requirements
- Proven track record in the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns with a minimum of a year of relevant experience.
- Equally good with Social Media Content Marketing and creation.
- In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry including new-age short-video apps.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to create campaigns and execute them.
- Efficiency in project management
- Existing strong influencer relationships across categories and genres
- Ability to run multiple campaigns across brands at the same time, with different agencies.
- Knowledge of platform algorithms, tools, and trends Understanding evaluation metrics, how they are calculated, and the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Good communication skills Willingness to learn and understand media.
Key Skills & Requirement
- Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of a year’s experience in marketing or marketing services
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
- Understands customers and shoppers.
- Monitors progress & takes action.
