- Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain processes spreading across the industry leading tool platform of SFMC.
- Understanding of the Digital Marketing processes including Cross Channel Marketing - Campaign Orchestration, Real-time Interaction, 1-to-1 User Journeys, Next Best Offers etc.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and map them to technical flows.
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM, Email regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements like Sender's Configuration.
- Experience of Integrating with CRM platform (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud /MS Dynamics etc.) to push/pull data
Experience required in Email Studio and Automation, Contact Builder, SQL and Amp Script, Journey Builder Administration, Web Studio, Content Builder, Analytics Builder, Mobile Studio , Advertising Studio, Social Studio, Einstein Studio with ONE SFMC certifications
