Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their performance analytics needs and translate them into ServiceNow configurations.
- Design and configure ServiceNow Performance Analytics modules to collect, analyze, and visualize data to drive data-based decision-making.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics based on business requirements and configure ServiceNow to capture and track them.
- Develop performance analytics dashboards and reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Customize ServiceNow functionalities using JavaScript, Angular, and other web technologies to meet specific client requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through REST API, SOAP API, and other integration methods to collect data for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from different modules and sources to provide comprehensive performance insights.
- Conduct performance data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for process optimization and performance improvement based on the analysis findings.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements related to performance analytics, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize performance measurement and reporting.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into meaningful performance metrics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics data modelling, data visualization, and reporting techniques.
- Proven experience working on Performance Analytics projects and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of performance analytics concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Current Certified Application Specialist – Performance Analytics certification; or a commitment to become certified, and maintain certification by taking delta exams on-time
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, and web technologies for customization and enhancement purposes.
- An understanding of integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST API, SOAP API, and other methods.
Preferred Skills
We need overall experience of 7-8 years with SN Performance Analytics experience of 4-5 years
- At least 1 year of recent experience building Performance Analytics dashboards with current technology, including reports, indicators, sources, breakdowns, targets, and notifications.
- Other relevant verifiable ServiceNow certifications
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as Sec Ops, ITAM, ITSM and ITOM.
- Experience with SCCM, JAMF, or other related tools and technologies.
