Work you’ll do
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and requirements
- Translate requirements into Oracle application solutions
- Design, configure, and customize Oracle applications to meet client business objectives
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Perform fit gap analysis
- Support Technical development and testing
- Create functional specifications, test plans, and test scripts, conduct application testing
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues and provide training to business users
- Work with global teams / Work independently in virtual teams
- Provide technology mentoring for junior resources
- Participate in day-to-day project meetings and share updates / issues if any and resolution strategy / steps
- Attend various career development trainings
- Participate in various firm level initiatives

Job Location: Any of Deloitte USI office location
Required Qualifications:
- Functional professional with 2+ ERP Cloud Supply Chain implementations and a team member or team lead for at least 1 full cycle implementation.
- A minimum of 2.3 to 6 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials applications such as: Order Management (OM), Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC), Process Manufacturing, Costing, Planning, Warehouse Management (WMS), Product Information Management (PIM), Product Data Hub (PDH), Install Base (IB), Oracle Leasing, GOP (Global Order Promising). Good to have OFSC.
- Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least one or more of the following modules: Order Management, Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, Process Manufacturing, Costing, Planning, Warehouse Management, Product Information Management, Product Data Hub, Install Base
- Demonstrated experience as a functional resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
- Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
- A Bachelor / Masters’ degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain
Preferred Qualification:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong oral and written communication coupled with strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to gaining exposure in multiple industries
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
- Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage
- Experience in mentoring junior staff
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
- Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications
