Responsibilities

• Candidate will be responsible for day to day support and maintenance of SAP GTS system including troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and addressing user enquiries
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee the delivery of AMS services for GTS, ensuring adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction with AMS services.
• Resolution of incidents and problems related to GTS, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Implement and maintain incident and problem management processes, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in AMS processes and services for GTS.
• Prepare and present regular reports on AMS service performance, including metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives
