Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Workday People Experience solutions.
• Oversee data storage management using WinSCP/Cyberduck tools.
• Provide expertise in configuring and managing WD HCM Custom Objects.
• Develop and maintain WD HCM Dashboards & Worklets to enhance user experience.
• Manage Workday Cloud HCM Tenant & Tool configurations.
• Set up and maintain WD HCM Fun Tenant environments.
• Implement and support Workday (HCM) Compensation modules.
• Ensure security and compliance within Workday Cloud HCM environments.
• Design and optimize WD HCM Business Processes.
• Utilize Workday Reporting & Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Apply advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Workday People Experience Data Storage WinSCP/Cyberduck WD HCM Custom Objects WD HCM Dashboards & Worklets Workday Cloud HCM Tenant & Tool WD HCM Fun Tenant Setup Workday (HCM) Compensation Workday Cloud HCM Cust Central Workday Cloud HCM Security WD HCM Business Process Workday Reporting & Analytics and Advanced Excel.
• Experience in Operations & Production Management and the Automotive Industry is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
