Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Manage processing, validation and tracking of claims, working through disputes with National Business Managers and Accounts Receivable
- Customer JBP tracking
- First point of contact for customer queries relating to product range changes, pricing and claims, ensuring responsiveness and quick resolution
- Preparation & communication of new lines and pricing information to customers based on agreed customer format and notification lead time requirements
- Provide Field Sales Support (field comms, performance tracking & sales tools)
- Intenal Customer admin support i.e. maintaining store files, contact lists etc
- Support with customer event management (operational set up & logistics)
- Support on Equipment Ordering and Sales Training & Capability Support (training materials, logistics & feedback)
- Data management services i.e. customer masterfile, sales organisation, contract management & DX knowledge management of DX Hub
People Responsibilities
- Develop winning relationships with Cluster Functional Leadership team and other key stake holders within the Cluster business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Business / Commerce (MBA Preferred)
- Builds robust and successful working relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
