Responsibilities

• Oversee the Record to Report (R2R) process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to the team in managing general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address financial inquiries and issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes.
• Have experience in Finance & Accounting and Merchandising.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.

Certifications Required

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
