Key responsibilities

Requisite core skills

• ·       Lead designing and developing eLearning materials
• ·       Work independently on learning platforms (Cura, SABA etc.) to curate materials, create journeys and pathways, track course/curriculum usage and support general inventory / curricula management
• ·       Track learning metrics (e.g., course completions, registrations, courses created, etc.)
• ·       Possess design thinking skills
• ·       Able to adopt to new Agile learning methologies and rapid prototyping
• ·       Proactively communicate and collaborate with all internal stakeholders to complete assigned tasks
• ·       Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Able to foresee potential project risks and plan mitigation steps
• ·       Proactively provide suggestions to enhance deliverables and document the deliverable workflow steps as required
• ·       Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, decompose high –level information into details, and abstract up low-level information to a general understanding
• ·       Share expertise by conducting knowledge sharing sessions with the team
• ·       Mentor Consultants/BA to produce quality deliverables

Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing

We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.

• ·       Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
• ·       Work experience: 6+ years of relevant experience
• ·       Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or corporate strategy
• ·       Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram
• ·       Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM and 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
• ·       Working from office: The individual is expected to come to office at least 2 days a week as per the ‘work from office’ schedule
